With 15 years experience in the horse industry, Julia Capozzi is easily defined as both passionate and dedicated. Her love of horses began at an early age and continued to grow as she progressed through the ranks as a competitive rider. Julia was fortunate to train with Amy Bissell Hess where she gained experience competing at many A-rated shows throughout California. Her Championships include Pebble Beach, Woodside, Santa Barbara, Brookside Premier, Rancho Murieta, and RAM Tap where she competed in hunters and jumpers.

In 2002, Julia received English All-Around CSHA State Champion under the direction of Jando Guerra. During her time with Jando, she took the opportunity to learn about the Quarter Horse and Paint Horse breeds. She credits her western and English pleasure knowledge to her time spent working and training with Jando while also competing in the western and English pleasure divisions.

Julia is currently accepting new training horses, specializing in hunter and jumpers, equitation riders, AQHA and APHA western pleasure and hunter under saddle.

She also accepts riders who prefer to haul their horse(s) to Rainwater Farms for group and/or private lessons.
